2010 SEMA

The 2010 SEMA was bigger and better than ever! There was a record number of buyers, an increase in vendors, and a very exciting compilation of new products. Just when you think that there just isn't anything left to invent, someone finds a need, and fills it! There were products for every application, from pulling trucks out of the mud, to improving hose routing locations.

Among the coolest cars at SEMA this year, was the Raybestos '32 Ford, displayed in the Ford area. Our buddy Murray Pfaff rendered this awesome car, and our sponsors Introwheel and Coker Tire were involved in the build as well! Vin Paladini of Great Falls, Va, was the winner of this car, after being selected from over 45,000 entrants. When asked how he won the car, he replied, "It was just a stupid thing!" But boy, was he excited!

Here are a couple more cars from SEMA. I don't know the stories behind the cars, but I liked them!

This bike is a charity build for Steel Anchor, being built by Brass Balls Bobbers. Keep an eye on the blog for updates on this bike build! I have to admit, I as really surprised to see how awesome this bike is turning out! There are so many intricacies here, that this story would take a full feature to explain... which we will do when Dar gives us the ok!

  1. The silver and red truck was built by the employees of Classic Industries for the TV show Chop Cut Rebuild Season 5 with parts completely from the Classic Industries catalog except for the frame which is a TCI Masterpiece. As Art Director at the time, I designed the logo on the door and seat covers. Pinstriping and lettering was done by Jeff Styles in Huntington Beach, CA.
